Programme: Grooves Unspoken for saxophone and piano, Hazine (Treasure) for solo saxophone, Meditations Upon Nasreddin Hoca for saxophone and piano, Hold Fast for solo clarinet, An Irksome Vengeance for clarinet and cello, bulletproof petals for saxophone quartet, A Charleston Kick With Steel Caps for saxophone quartet
2010/2011 – part of the APO Graduate Composers’ Workshop with Eulogy (text: Olivia Macassey) for narrator and orchestra
2010 – demonstrated Sibelius composition software for three APO Open Days (North Shore, Auckland Central, Manukau)
2009 – composed and premiered An Irksome Vengeance for clarinet and cello as part of composition collective The Committee’s 2009 Kenneth Myers Centre concert, University of Auckland
2008 – completed wind quintet score to accompany a cartoon excerpt Felix the Cat: The Magic Bag, for the Auckland Philharmonia Wind Quintet
2008 – present - arranger for the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra’s ‘APO 4 Kids’ and ‘Kiwi Kapers’ education concerts, including a Mozart-Beethoven ‘Remix’ for the 2010 ‘Jump Jam’ CD
2008 – commission Three Auckland Nocturnes performed by the Auckland Mandolinata Orchestra at the Federation of Australasian Mandolin Ensembles (FAME) festival in Sydney, Australia
2008 – composed and premiered Hazine for solo saxophone as part of The Committee’s 2008 Clocktower concert, University of Auckland
2006 – saxophone quartet bulletproof petals shortlisted for the 2007 Asia Pacific Composers’ Festival in Wellington; later premiered by The Committee at the Clocktower
2006 – completed when day is gone, a commission from Peter Thomas, read through by Auckland Wind Orchestra at the NZCBA National Festival
2006 – Lion Foundation Auckland Philharmonia Graduate Composers’ Workshop – had orchestral work Wake Road in the Rain workshopped and recorded
